Who owns the videos produced and how confidential are they?

You, the client, own all videos produced on your behalf. Service Review, Inc. maintains a copy for 6 months. Thereafter the original is erased or destroyed. We are extremely protective of our client's confidentiality.

How can I really be sure my sales staff doesn't know they are being shopped, therefore "just performing" for the camera?

Today's technology has advanced tremendously. Our trained shoppers have the smallest, most advanced video equipment available.
